I'm a software engineer based in Mumbai. I build full-stack systems — the kind that span cloud infrastructure, backend, and the UI someone actually touches. Lately my time has gone into AI agent systems and the boring-but-load-bearing pieces around them: streaming, billing, orchestration, observability.
I started on the customer-support side of tech — phones, chat, training new hires — and worked through freelance development into product engineering. Twenty years in, the thing that hasn't gotten old is the satisfaction of cleanly removing manual work from someone's day.
